Creative Standard
Please note that I, reserve the right to decline or discontinue any project that conflicts with company values. Clients are strongly encouraged to review the portfolio associated with each service prior to booking. This ensures a clear understanding of the design style, quality, and creative direction you can expect from Raw Girl Graphics. While inspiration images and reference materials are welcome to help communicate your desired aesthetic, Raw Girl Graphics does not engage in plagiarism or direct replication of another designer’s work. All designs are created with originality and integrity.
Refund Policies
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Raw Girl Graphics does not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. This policy remains in effect regardless of a change of mind after purchase.Digital product download links are valid for up to 30 days. It is the client’s responsibility to download and securely save all files within this timeframe. We strongly recommend saving your files to a personal device and/or cloud storage (such as Google Drive).
If your download link expires before you retrieve your files, you may request a new link by emailing dsgnrteleha@gmail.com with your name, email address, and order number. A replacement link will be issued and will remain active for an additional 30 days. Please note that repeated requests may not be accommodated.If you experience any issues downloading your files, support is available. Please allow up to 4 business days for a response.
Design Services
Due to the time, effort, and creative work involved, Raw Girl Graphics does not offer full refunds on design services once a project has been initiated.
If a client chooses to cancel a service after purchase, a full refund will not be issued. In situations where the project cannot continue due to dissatisfaction, conflict, or other unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered. The amount, if any, will be determined based on the stage of the project and the work already completed.
Revisions
Each design service includes three (3) complimentary revisions. Revisions may include minor adjustments such as changes to colors, fonts (client must provide preferred font), images, and font placement.
Any revisions beyond the included three (3), not resulting from a designer error, will incur a fee of $5 per revision.
Please note that major changes including but not limited to layout alterations or a shift in overall concept—are considered a redesign. Redesigns are not included in the revision allowance and will result in an additional fee, which will be determined based on the scope of the request.
Turn Around Time + Response
An estimated project due date will be provided within 2 business days after all required information has been received from the client.Timely communication is essential to keep your project on schedule. If the client is unresponsive for more than 4 days, I reserve the right to reschedule the project. Depending on the service, rescheduling may result in a delay of 5 business days before work resumes. Please note that cancellations and refunds are not available during this rescheduling period.
If I (the designer) need to reschedule a project, the client will be notified via email to arrange a new start or resume date.
Once the project has resumed, continued lack of communication may result in an additional reschedule or project cancellation with a partial refund, determined based on the work completed.
